COVID-19 Update

For the residents aged 60 years or older, call the Office for Aging at (518) 761-6347 or send an email to parkd@warrencountyny.gov. Office for Aging (OFA) is creating a waiting list for when COVID-19 vaccine doses and Public Health clinics are available.

Please provide your name, date of birth or age, phone number and town of residence. Hamilton County Department of Public Health will inform the OFA of available clinics. OFA in turn will notify those on the waiting list to provide them with a registration link for the clinic. For those who do not have access to the internet, a family member can help them sign up or the OFA will walk through the registration process with them over the phone.
